Growing angel's trumpet in the philippines
Would angel's trumpet (brugmansia) have flowers in the lowlands in the philippines?
We live in Barabdos, average temp is 32 degrees with some days feeling like 40 plus.
Brugmansias thrive - tho we have found they do prefer some protection from the mid day sun - we found this even when we grew them in British Columbia, Canada, where we hauled them in to our garage for the winter.
Here they grow into trees - outside. So I am sure they will do just fine for you.
PS, They are very heavy feeders, so fertilize with a high middle number for lots of blooms, frequently.
Reply:They normally bloom in cooler climates. Unless you keep them fertilized and watered. To your question, i wish i could give you a good answer but i don't know how your weather is there.
